Are Intel PE s the most worthless PEs out there?

PE is powerpoint editor
at least edit the name in 1st page
PE = Political Engineer
They are good in selling minor achievements as great things. This is also a core competence on higher management. (Directors)
Intel PE are PowerPoint engineer that take leisure in presenting other people’s work as their own.
The vast majority of them are worthless a—kissers. The only thing worse are intel fellows which are liars who make stuff up to sell to id–t VP’s.
The ones I have known are politicians primarily. Not very useful.
