Secret of Intel’s Success

What’s the secret?
Some of Intel’s phenomenal successes include the recent launch of optane product, the new cpus and gpus and xpus.

How does a company so old achieve so much?

What do you think?

Intel management couldn’t even put together ppt slides. They give XX millions each year to Bain’s new MBAs to create them.
Clueless management, clueless board, VPs who put more effort and time supporting careers of their friends and family members at intel (how many VPs have children working at intel, wives?)..HR doing everything possible (layoffs, ODIs, hiring honest people, warmlines, etc. etc..) to support this management. There are many fake successes. Intel sr. Fellow anthropologist. The Marcom person who became a VP, promoting wearables and going to NY fashion shows and now doing sports and Davos. Davos?? What?? My head hurts. Remember the carpool strategy Aicha as SVP. My God.

The real successes at intel are thanks to Andy G, Moore and others, their work decades ago and good people who are still trying to do the right things regardless of no recognition, rewards, actually facing punishments

Where do I start?

  • Efficiency of the CEO to milk most $ out of the board for his compensation for the skills he brings to the table. Such efficient CEOs are sure to make the company success.
  • Ability of the board of directors to recruit all IQ and personality range into top management , Bob the bean counter, BK the casanova , PSO the clueless..
  • Excellent middle management , which have insane stability by sticking to committee based non decision making. This stability speaks volumes while the ICs languish

I think If it's a troll post trying to get a rise out of people, it would work only once.

I think this is a desperate attempt by HR to push down the most critical posts of Intel. Just watch INTC stock price today to see what the market thinks of your BS (the CEO and what's spewing from your HR propaganda horn).

Optane sounds like a science project
how does this technology propel Intel new business?
I bet the CEO still counting the bean rather than having vision to made Intel great again
