Will there be any changes made to our severance package for the next year? I've noticed that many other companies have reduced severance (some have even just stopped offering it) and that got me worried that we might be looking at something similar. As if it wasn't enough that we have to worry about layoffs all the time, now we add this to the mix...

I've heard the will not offer any. Only word of mouth though. That would be 26 years down the drain.
No clue. Hopefully we get something. With the refusal to train and communicate i feel as though they are cherry picking us and are going to use regulatory violations to get rid of us so they don't have to pay anything.
