The "if you don't like this job someone else will take it" argument or "get back to work" statements are precisely why intel is failing. Real leadership, true inspiration, true ethical and community accountability, thats what people really want not some b—s— catch phrase. Also people don't care if "Intel's future is great", this is purely transactional now, they want their own future to be great.
