Who decides what product to make at Intel. Looks like they spend a lot of money and focus in frivolous and short sighted product plans.

As other companies have money they can hire people and make them work .
For intel, they should start selling their own laptops as well. I think they are doing it if I am not mistaken.
They should improve fab.
