Believe it or not, not everything that happens in one part of Oracle is announced to all parts of the company. Lots of us don't work in the area.
If you don’t know the change you clearly don’t work at Oracle as it was well publicised internally. You must have better things to do than sit on a forum claiming to work at a company you don’t or were fired from with the site purpose to bad mouth them
On the other hand, it doesn't actually say there was a change, just that there needs to be one. I would agree with that! But, it won't happen, after all, we are talking about Oracle here.
