Announcement today that Honeywell sold the Morris Plains office, but is leasing the building. Start looking if you haven't done so already.

They could sign a 99 year lease and it wouldn't make any difference.
The cost of breaking the lease is already calculated in.
The could cease operations there within 6 months time if they decide to.

Corp has sold and leased back quite a few sites over the years.

Makes revenue no matter how short term the revenue is for.
