Announcement today that Honeywell sold the Morris Plains office, but is leasing the building. Start looking if you haven't done so already.

They could sign a 99 year lease and it wouldn't make any difference.
The cost of breaking the lease is already calculated in.
The could cease operations there within 6 months time if they decide to.

What makes you think it's a 10 year lease? It doesn't say that anywhere.
All WS cares about is how much cash you have today. Anything for cash
So basically we are pawning off property to make the Q4 numbers look good. Very nice!!!
Be willing to say that the lease has an "clause"
Corp has sold and leased back quite a few sites over the years.
Makes revenue no matter how short term the revenue is for.
