I've seen associates come and go.

Having a job means you work. Work means labor.
When it comes to people (co-workers, TL's, Managers) than if you know how to 'let it go in one ear and out the other' than you'll do last a long time.
In my club there are only 15 associates that have been with Sam's for 20 or more years. 20 out of a guess of 150 is only 13%. So, what does that mean? It means that the odds are not in favor of staying long, but you can if you want.

Sam's club damn near drove me to eat a bullet. I wouldn't wish employment with them on anyone.
i like my job and my manager is great. the pay is good. i would recommend it.
Never! It is a very toxic environment and very discriminatory towards women. Nothing but a good old boys club where I work.
