Yeah, as they closed down the office locations. I would expect that remote workers will be forced to more or leave the company. 2021 will be a pruning year. The remaining talent should start looking for something soon. Especially if you are in locations that just recently closed down. FB is very much against virtual teams, and that will cascade down to your teams through 2021.

Yes March is pruning season. If you’re over 50 beware. This is also when office location strategy will be revealed. They’ve been chomping at the bit for a vaccine to ramp down work from home.
