I can finally say no more:
Future layoffs, horribly toxic environment, favoritism, poor bennies, and most of all I don’t have to see coworkers stab each other in the back just to try to stay afloat on a sinking ship. Gave my notice and counting the days until freedom!

Congratulations. There is a better place out there. Sure it is tough everywhere but this company gives new meaning to bad leadership.
Honeywell started the downward spiral under Cote . He is a billionaire off of layoffs and out sourcing. It is just getting worse as more and more finance types are in charge - they do not like people and products, only cash. I am planning an exit soon, I am old enough. Not sure I will turn in any notice, if I do it will be very short. HON does not care about you, why care about them. I must say though that working from home due to COVID has been 1 nice thing for me.
Congrats, HW has gone downhill since Mike Madsen took on roles of more responsibility. Its tough to go when you put everything into your career and see others rise and be rewarded for nodding their heads in agreement with a ridiculous leader that is so appropriately known within the 4 walls as Maddog. He has built an unqualifiedteam around him that is ruining a once great company. I was rifled in April and it was the best thing that ever happened. I now work for a truly great company that values their employees and they show it everyday. No nickle nd diming, no hands in my pockets, they see growth with treating their people the right way. This will never happen at HW. Enjoy your next chapter, nothing can be worse than HW......the grass really is greener than the HW quick sand.

Just because one lacks courage and conviction to walk away doesn’t mean they lack freedom to walk away. Everyone at Honeywell today has the freedom to walk away. Those who don’t are freely choosing to enable Honeywell’s anti-American values.
