Is anyone else's hours being cut by alot? They are at our club.

It’s cut hours so profit looks good for last quarter.. big bonus for management. Low payroll

I'm full time and they're cutting my hours. They are cutting everyone's hours, even the leads. At my club their cutting mine 2.5 hours a week so far. My club is surpassing our goals, that's what I don't understand. We haven't slowed down much, if any, since covid.
They are just firing people to cut hours at my club 18 gone in the last week

Happens every year in January, most clubs slow down & so your hours are cut. So what are you to do when it's slow stand around and do little to nothing? That happens when it's busy by alot of people already. They never cut full timers in my club that I heard of, but they always did ask if we would like to leave early, I always did leave early. So hang in there things will pick up soon.
