Anyone have ideas on any possible restructuring in the club for managers

No accountability with them but they like to hold hourly associates accountable.
Club Manager Jim Is a coward who never deals with issues that need to be dealt with because he’s ready to retire! He don’t want to make anybody mad at him Lol!
Has everyone else to do his dirty work.
That club would be so much better if he would go ahead and retire!
All of his favorites will be a lot of trouble though 😂
We need to restructure management for sure. We have one manager that actually works running a lift and stocking, another assistant that sits in the office and watches everyone work while he let's other people run his area, 2 you never see and you're not sure what they even do. Then the top dog that comes in for 2 hours then gone for the rest of the day. Leads do all the work they deserve the pay for running the show.
We can’t keep anyone new to stay. Lol. We’re so short staffed it’s insane. Already putting 60 70 hours a week in. Working until midnight coming back in at 4. Please!!! don’t give me that garbage.
Don’t forget......for every up in pay that’s one less person they will hirer. You just have to work twice as much.
Cut's are definitely coming can't afford to keep everyone with all the raises this year.
I'm hoping they get rid of them half the time they don't show up the other half they hide in the office let's hope for that
