Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Is this true?

I heard there are serious discussions around selling off the remaining Lincoln buildings. Doesn't surprise me given the realized cost savings - the more important question is whether they will allow impacted individuals to continue WFH or whether they will be forced into an Omaha office.

Can anybody confirm this? Found it here: @3gpc+18WBfMst

Developers are plug and play. You can just put any developer into any development team and it will be a lossless transition. Any product knowledge or development experience is meaningless. When one leaves, just find another somewhere else and put them in the spot. /s

Agree with the last post. But, the South building was sold in March of 19 before the merger closed.

They’ve already sold off one building. The workforce has been reduced considerably. The offshoring of development continues. It’s only a matter of time until the numbers don’t make sense to keep two facilities within 65 miles of each other operating. JY hated ownership of facilities. Probably comes down to what FB thinks and how many people in Lincoln stick around. My team of 15 three years ago is down to 4 FTEs.
