If they are discussing "numbers" ask for your Union steward and file grievance! Cant discuss numbers!
We were just notified in the cor stores we have to hit all of our numbers by the 21st of each month or straight to write up. So ya, they wanna clean out the stores and AR it up.
Sorry the boxes are gone now, the work just falls to the floor.
Yes why would we be next, There are already many many unfilled boxes in the organizations.
They can save a boatload of $$$$ if they would stop hiring techs where they’re not needed and layoff techs in areas of the country where there is no work instead of hoping and praying that the work is coming...cuz I don’t think it is...
We were just informed in SE ATT no more scheduled sundays for core or wire techs, cost saving measure initiative.
Why would we be next?
