Why can't anyone at this place just flat out say what the range for a 601, 602, 603 is? What a bunch of id–ts.

Simple to under pay you. 1 less buck for you is one extra cent for Jamie's next heart transplant.
I am now 602. Making 110k after being being promoted. White male who is blessed with social skills to make higher up like me
those bands are the reason why they gave out title only promotions a few years ago; there were too many associates making more than VPs. so you get promoted to VP thinking there is a higher ceiling, but then they didn't give raises. classic title inflation.
Those pay ranges are way off lol. Way too many are under those ranges in those grades
a prior thread said the salary bands for 602 and 603 were 90-159k and 100-250k respectively.
603 on the East Coast making $115k. But there are several on my team making $150k+ at the same level.
When you say east coast do you mean delaware or New York? If in Delaware are you in tech?
interesting I am a 602 who makes 110,000 in east coast (tenure 4 years)
Ranges have been deemphasized since at least 2005, when disparities existed between Bank One employees and legacy JPMChase employees. They never corrected for it, unless the employee was a top performer. They aren't going to change now. Long-term middle tier performers who stick around are cheap labor for them.
I was a 603 vp in Columbus Corp IT $110,00
White Ohio native male
Because they have no interest in paying people at the same level and role the same salary if they don't have to. I have seen three people in the same level with drastically different salaries and bonuses. Ratings nearly the same.
It is prob because it everything is too clear, it will raise more questions than answers so better off leaving you all in limbo on this
