Consolidation on the retail and indirect channels continue. Move to Business - Consumer segmentation versus channels resulting in heavy cuts in the indirect channel internally and would expect continued agent consolidation.

This is basically VZ 2.0 for direct and indirect. Wave 3 so to speak. For a company the size of VZ, it's been a marathon not a sprint. Plus with the pandemic, its showed where we need to innovate.
