The person that replied name “Yea” must be a management lackey that doesn’t do anything and gets paid a lot

Yes AIG does pay a fortune to consultants. Or they hire career consultants to run important areas in Exec roles and pay them a fortune to not execute properly, that is why they are consultants, all words with pretty recycled decks and no meaningful action
Meanwhile we pay consultants a fortune to do absolutely nothing. Thought they were here to ensure management didn't keep driving us off a cliff.
And line employees will pay the price.
