We have over 30 people out right now on COVID leave. Whole departments are missing because of this c-ap yet the club is still open and putting people at risk. Part of the store was sprayed down recently but none of us feel safe going in to work. People aren’t taking the COVID screening, managers aren’t enforcing the rules. It’s only going to get worse. This company is ridiculous with how little they really care about us.

Sam’s #8152 in South Point Ohio makes Customers wear masks but they take them off once inside and nothing is done about it! Managers need to let them know that’s not acceptable! Health Dept has Been notified.
Our club in South Point Ohio has so many people that are abusing this covid Loa! Most days we are so short handed we can’t take care of the members and sad part is their are associates who have been off 5 times for having symptoms and off 10 days each time and getting paid and they don’t have to even test to come back to work!
Club manager will not even address the abuse!
It’s a horrible place to work! Who cares I just went to $15 hour not worth it!
ANY associate that does not follow company policy (especially one pertaining to Covid precautions or where there is PROOF of a Covid positive worker...not sick, Covid positive) should be reported to ethics
Taking temperature is useless, I think most people who have Covid have no temperature.
Our Club Associates and some managers have Covid also and work anyway trying to keep it a secret. This is so wrong!
If true call your county health department asap.

30 people are on leave, how many are actually covid positive? The screening is absolutely useless. You can have no symptoms when you clock in and be sick as a dog 4 hours later. Having said that, the managers and leads need to follow the policy set by corporate. If they aren't report them.
