Anything for Near Retirement Eligible (NRE)?

Will there be a voluntary package (like 2/2 or 3/3) in the U.S. for NRE considering the lame voluntary package for RE?

They’re not going to pay NREs to leave when these people will leave on their own in the next few years. Cheaper to wait out the NREs and get some work out of them than to pay them off.

First, there are three numbers commonly used. 2/2/1 or 3/3/1. If you don’t know what they mean than you are a dumb F and not an employee (which you are obviously not).

Secondly, the company lost, and will lose in the next few years, a lot of experienced people. Why would they then give money for more to go? They still need experience, especially from the people that actually do things in the company unlike most in management.

So please get off this site and never come back. It’s for people who are truly impacted by what the company is doing. We don’t need some outsider posting this inane drool.

Go for it, y'all.
Save them the pension/medical/group life costs.
Just cut on out of here with a few months to play around.
