JYVE is the Merchandising version of Uber eats and Instacart, and corporate greed has Mondelez, Walmart, and other big chains employing Jyvers by the thousands. There’s no cost cuts when hiring 10 part timers do to the job of 1-2 full timers 🥴 make it make sense SMDH

Wow, testy aren’t ya? I’m just telling ya the c store channel looks nothing like big box. Of course they have DMs, they call on the brokers that visit the stores. No FTOR and the like in the c store model, now or ever! As a PT merchandiser for Mondelez I’ve spent the last 5 years working pt for a broker as well! Retired but like to stay busy! Get ahead while your ahead...if they liked you you’d know by now and would have been moved into the office to protect you from what’s coming!
Explain why Mondelez has District Managers for convenience stores then? Obviously the store clerks stock the shelves, nothing gets past you! Mondelez outsources incremental selling to Acosta and the like to get shippers on display and what not. This model appears to be what they are trying out with the REM position and the FTOW.
C stores are completely different! Not to mention Mondelez has close to nothing in c stores, and that nothing is becoming less and less! The only items they had in the candy set are now gone.

This is the format Mondelez uses for convenience stores. I don't see why they wouldn't try it in their main accounts
When everything in store is pretty much scripted, as a rep I do more throwing than selling! Of course this is the direction! Jyvers are self employed, no pto, no car, no insurance, no brainer!
