Email from McElfresh stated 100%. A big surprise
Just posted, email today - 100%
Yet they just brought Randy back at 250k a month to consult!
If there's anybody left at the company, please post what the bonus #s are! I've got 75% of my annual bonus still to receive along with my severance pay.
It's all speculative at this point but I agree it will most likely be under 100% and they will use covid as the reason. Their decision anymore seems arbitrary rather than a straight calculation. I also agree they will most likely congratulate us on a great job in difficult times and try to lead is to believe they gave us extra for our effort. The percent will be dictated by budget and how much they want to reduce the payout. 80% would not be surprising but I'd like a surprise of 100% or more 😀
It won’t be above 80%. Meanwhile the Board of Directors will hand out over 120% to the c-suite.
Look for a token (read: small) payout, applauding your efforts during these "unprecedented times", with a self congratulatory tone to it for giving you anything at all.
Tough Year, gonna come out and say they need to Freeze Bonus payout, that along with benefit cut, pension cut and vacation day cut will allow them to get more old timer dead wood resources out and they can raise the dividend :)
