I'm a lead in fresh I do not make 23$ an hour. I work hard every single day as does my team. If that raise happens that would be awesome. For all leads to make that makes sense but if that is the case then alot of leads including the front end leads need to step up for sure in my opinion.
Well I’m a team lead and I work hard along with my team.If we are going to do the work of management then we should be paid according.Our fresh leads work hard,even help out floor when needed.
Fresh is already there! Our fresh leads just stand around talking or sitting in the office with there managers! They do not come out of their little areas at all!
Keep giving the raises we can’t make payroll now!
Each club is so short handed and I’m full time and was asked to take time off without pay ? Really ??
Others were told they had to lose hours weekly
Example is full time hourly gets 49 hours a week and now they are 37.5 !!!!

Keep giving all those raises to the associates who are brand new and don’t deserve raises! Seems smart to me LMAO
if this includes the front end leads, none of them deserve more money. All they do is fight with each other...they are not leaders that is for sure. Most of the time they stand around looking helpless.
The team leads at my club are hard workers, I can't deny that. The problem that I see is that the team leads are not vetted and trained like managers are. Some have great people skills, some have zero people skills. Also, ask the same question to 10 leads, get 10 different answers... none of them are on the same page and just seem to make things up as they go. This is going to get messy.
I am a MTL at our club and I do pull my weight on the frontend. I currently make $18/hr. I do handle a lot of manager stuff that are “not in my job description”. When do we all think we would know a more solidified answer?
I make $24 an hour anyway. Big whoop.
Pretty funny our leads don't know how to do anything. Ask a question they say contact home office...
Posted a long time ago that leads will be the new management without holding the title so you can't use it on your resume. There will be a gen. manager and a co-manager only. More work coming to a club near you soon. Time to get busy..
It’s real sad when you work for a company for over 20 years and you have people that are there for months making more money than you.

It is so frustrating to comment on this blog. Case in point; people ask questions to verify the information and that information is never provided. This is a rumor mill, filled with opinions of others and gossip. If you post something, you should have the common courtesy to answer the questions that others post.
They don't do all the work, they just order other people around who do all the work. Get off your high horse.
