Anyone else not get their SUB payment today?

Someone I know went on sub pay not long ago. One there, the only think that came out was medical benefits. Since it is handled differently that severance, actually GOOD thing, 401k stops, and I don't think it's taxed by the state or local, but probably the fed. This person actually made MORE on SUB pay, but only lasts based on your length of service.

Got my pay stub and there's a "SuppUnemploy " included under earnings. They said we'd be paid by TMS, not BNY. There is also reimbursement for "Vacation Pur".
My 401(k) contribution was taken out but not my HSA or United Way contributions.
Fed and State withholding look like they were applied to all earnings but SS/Medicare seem to only apply to regular and I assume vacation earnings.
Nothing from outplacement.
Tried unemployment but as I don’t live in the state I worked it’s another layer of BS to go through. Not BK’s fault but it is there fault they didn’t prepare us as it impacts many.
Haven’t signed release so cannot speak to subpay.
The one positive (relatively speaking) is I called HRFU and the woman was actually helpful, they can see the details of your pay.
I’m sure once I sign the release letter that will be another mess.

They sent you a check? I thought they said they'd use the same direct deposit as your paycheck.
I
got my direct deposit from BNY but not the SUB pay. I didn't get a pay stub but the deposit was about $500 more than my regular pay. I know they owed me a few hundred for purchased vacation but I assumed it would still be less than normal since it was only for 1 week.
I haven't heard from outplacement services either.
NYS unemployment is crazy stupid. Keep getting texts and emails saying to certify but there's no mentioned of certifying when I log in. But at least it's available in 20 different languages!
I signed the release last Friday, received check today. Filed for unemployment on Wednesday. This whole process is a mess. Has anyone heard from the outplacement services?
Signed it a few days before the 1/21 deadline.
Did you file the paperwork before the deadline on the form?
