IBM’s board is worthless. How does a board watch IBM go down by 1/3 on average and over 1/2 at its worse, while the market in general doubles. Asleep at the wheel is the best you can say. Incompetent and criminal is the worse. Replacing the board and Eskew would be a relief as his leadership has certainly been lacking

It shouldn’t take 1 year to start restructuring IBM if you are an inside hire. Then another 1* months to get it done. By the end of that time line Microsoft will be 2 trillion dollars. It took Gerstner April till Sept to tell Wall Street where he was going, and to make the necessary cuts. Given Ginni’s inability to execute, and AKs reluctance to execute, maybe it’s time to pay Lou another 500 million to come back and save the company. What is taking so long It’s just not that complicated

Unless you listened to the horsesh-t from a financial analysts like this: https://www.fool.com/investing/2021/01/28/investors-tech-dividends-give-ibm-another-chance/, and bought the stock at $200.

why spend anymore time with this loser company ? just sell this stock, forget IBM and move on in a world free of IBM and all it's self-inflicted problems. It's more than obvious after several years that IBM can't perform and has no plan.
