that's what you got from the waste of time of a town hall? how about these guys talking about the fog being lifted? and that horrible video of a highlight reel. lady gaga and the script that he read for the video, which IT edited for their own video. and the chief digital officer saying how inspiring the video was. when will the madness end

They are using organization network models built by 3rd parties. Your social media and other communications are being sc-aped and analyzed. These results will be conditioned by your supervisors interpretation of adding value. Good luck with that. Unfortunately, the models are flawed at the onset. So Chevron.

Homeboy OP - CIO said "MS Teams" are using data science to identify an underutilized individual in ImagineIT...So they can get layed off this year and meet ImagineIT cost reduction targets...duh! Therefore, I advise you and half of IT always showing Away on MS Teams to go back to Skype and Webex, cause otherwise you are screwed!

yea I attended both sessions from the evening before, and the cio didn't mention that. he talked about one group's tool and process being used in a few other groups. it was just a typical townhall where you don't really get that much information because they water down the messages at such a high level for 2000 people. if you want to get into specifics, get those from your supervisors if you're lucky enough to have a transparent one.

Wow how stupid is the OP? He just mentioned their resource management tool they had from their legacy org as part of a process they used. Our IT function is hopeless because even the complainers only listened to buzz words
