Has been a long time since we have seen any type of Cultural Surveys (they were all the craze a few years ago). I suspect upper Management knows the responses will show a significantly decline.

At&t is behaving like any company would where failure is imminent
They just figured it'd be easier on everyone if they just told you hiw the culture should be, and save the $10mil.
My understanding is, the comments on the ‘anonymous’ employee board gave been scathing the last 4-6 months, they s as steady know the answer.
They aren't concerned whatsoever about the "Culture Survey" output. Simply put, they manipulate both employee and customer satisfaction data to earn JD Power rankings. In turn they take that data to the board to demonstrate how happy both employees and customers are. We allow leadership to grade their own papers....its laughable.
They are not anonymous. I do not fill them out anymore.
My job is to fix cable.
Not rate the company.
Not review my bosses. That's their boss' job, not mine.
Not be a salesman.
Nor a politician, lawyer, PR man or HR rep.
I fix, you pay.
Simple.
Don't forget the JD Power Awards and Stankey's "Hottest Man of 2021" novelty Time Magazine cover that he got at the state fair.
We are not wasting time with surveys. McFresh asked 2 managers in the towhall if their teams have any morale problems. They both said no with big smiles. This is the statistics, the AT&T way.
By the way, we have really happy customers too.
