Stink is really a horrid excuse for a human being. His arrogance smells like a putrid pile of rotting dung that even the flys avoid. He is a toxic person to employee morale that must be removed by the board before the company is completely destroyed.

It’s not even just “old employee”. There are plenty who were hired in the DSL era in the late 90s and early 2000s who have many more working years left. We’re getting the shaft too. The TDP college hires have almost all the same benefits and salary now with a fraction of the knowledge. AT&T is in trouble.

AT&T is on a systematic mission to purge legacy costs associated with older employees. It is evident that costs associated with pension, salary, medical and vacation time will continue to feel downward pressure to compensate for bad M&A business decisions, debt and mediocre leadership!!

There will not be any meaningful reductions in the debt load in the next five years. The $150 Billion is more or less an embedded part of the AT&T balance sheet!!

One can get a raise simply by doing less work. ;)

0% salary treatment for 2021 on top of losing 5 vacation days, reduced pension and cancellation of retirement benefits. AT&T favors “wokeness” over institutional knowledge...after 24 years I think it’s time for me to move on.

The only ones winning are our competitors that focus on innovation, customer centric support and employee value. We are sorely in last place in the sector for all three, yet leadership still has their heads deep in the sand. Preaching culture, values and integrity while at the same time continuing to strip this 100+ year old company of any remaining value for the enrichment of the very few at the top.

That certainly seems to be the case!!

Loved my 1% raise for 2021. Guess 1% of a couple million is not as bad? LOL
