Either layoffs or deployed to other lines of business. Same stuff again and again. Then those people will leave because they are t qualified to do the job they were deployed to. They leave and the bank doesn’t pay severance.

How many people are expected to be laid off? I have a feeling this is just the first round of cuts and other divisions will be impacted too.
