Lol, the wireless business...you mean the same one that churns thousands weekly while leadership still thinks we demand an arrogant amount of premium for inconsistent coverage, poor customer service and 1980's marketing ? How about First Net, remarkably behind committed subscribers, wonder why ? This company had a goldmine, but chose to take that base for granted..then empowered by way of Billions in breakup fees, a small company thirsty to build and serve customers. Our leadership speak is similar to that of the titanic crew, there is nothing wrong here disregard the iceberg.

For the company that once invented the transistor, we now invent financial abstractions and "deals". Bravo.

One of the bad things about working in this industry is that it's highly concentrated, giving the ~3 national employers all the leverage. By contrast, the life of an employee will be to bear what they must, until they are replaced.

Same thing will be happening all over the company. Mass exodus of the 'older' employees with years of knowledge and experience out the door.

It's a good point with the spectrum. For Mobility, that purchase is going to be driving a TON of urgent work in the 4th quarter this year. All while there will be a significant number of experienced SME type employees headed out the door. Well done.
