I have seen a presentation last year showing significant reductions of up to 30-40% in some groups.

Cuts in the same order of magnitude as last year.
Timed to signal the shareholders at the annual meeting that the commitment to ax employees ie cut cost is real.
Yes of course it is going ahead. People have staked their careers on this so numbers will be made to work. No turning back now.
