I feel bad when I see how some people who don’t deserve it at all are more appreciated than some others who work really hard. I know that such a thing is present in most companies, but I do not believe that there is anywhere such an obvious gap between those who are privileged because they are brown nosers, and the people who actually do all the work for them.
In the end, these people are not harming me, but the company, so I’ve always wondered how it is that Fisserv protects those who actually work against the company while someone else has to pick up their slack?

That's right damn it! Fiserv is gender neutral! Like Mr Potato Head!
Ba ahahhahaha, yeah we need goals, otherwise we'd not know wth to do
I’m just here to fill out the engagement survey
If we got rid of the people who were privileged and only kept the people who did the work for them, we wouldn't have any managers to cascade goals to us.
How would anything get done without the annual goals?
I'm disappointed that anyone in this day and age would use a pronoun to describe a company. Fiserv can be whatever gender it wants to be; She, Him, They. Remember your diversity and inclusivity training.
