@8yep Band 4 and up are eligible for MIP.
That is the reason it is almost impossible to get promoted into band 4.
If you are at the top of the grade for your band 3 position they will come up with all kinds of reasons for you to not be promoted.
@8yep+19ENTim3 MIP is a Band 4 thing.
Who gets MIP? Block 6 and above? I'm band 3 block 5 and was told nothing about MIP. Had my first performance review last month

I was told MIP shows up in last Mar check, for Aero, that's Mar 26. Then, any merit increase for band 4 and band 3 comes on Apr 9 check. Not exactly sure, but is what i was told. Managers have a schedule in planning tool.
Must be nice get MIPs while the worker bees do all the hard work so you all can get them. Whatever
MIP usually shows up as an off-cycle deposit between the first and second pay periods in March. For 2021, I would expect Thurs March 18th.
Retirement notices then increase significantly in the weeks following.

@zeo Yep, toward the end of March. I remember this well, 2 years ago I stuck around till I got that deposit. Then left immediately.
I believe the MIP payout has been around the end of March in past years.
