Was a time I was proud. Now I'm embarrassed working for the worst dsd company out there. Got my EOI declined and got my 1 % raise today. Big thanks. 10 months and I'm gone. To all of you younger people. Get out.

Yep, they want as many people as they can get to quit as possible, no severance, no unemployment. I'm one of them. Older, and huge, high volume route, way, way more than others. I SEE YOU MONDELEZ!!!

I have 23 almost 24 years in after the D stores I only had 4 left in my area. I put in for EOI and another guy did w 39 years in. I was chosen he still has his job. But he is covering such a large area it’s crazy. I’m sad after all my years to be leaving but excited for my next chapter.
Getting out was the best thing I did for myself, and my family! You don't realize how toxic things are until the toxicity is gone. If you aren't one of the "chosen ones" who is getting out, start networking now to set yourself up to leave and get your life back!
Totally unrealistic expectations! My old DM spent his days at happy hour while his team was logging 10 hour days....even calling us once from the bar at 2:00 pm, to see how we were doing. Sickening!
