2021 LTI?

Was there any mention by VZ leadership regarding a 2021 LTI?

There is a StockTogether (band 6 and below & associates) and an LTI (band 5 and above) for 2021. Grant date 3/2. The payout for the first tranche of the 2020 grant hits your Fidelity account on 3/9. Hope that clears it up.

OP is asking whether there will be another PSU and RSU grant for Band 5's in 2021.

LTI grants are always announced in early April. I didn't hear leadership comment either way, but there's no reason to think there won't be a grant this year. I expect it will keep shrinking though.

For 2021 there was another award. It was shown at the bottom of your STI and merit communication sheet.

It will be deposited to your Fidelity account. You can cash it in from there or reinvest. Your choice.

If you care about your 401k and have been with the company for more than 2 years at this point you should have known about it. The first allotment was vested as of today and will be getting cash paid on Tuesday the 9th directly.
