@vfk+19GfL9SD because a lot of Exxon employees are good and believed in helping each other. It was not the corrupt cut throat environment that it has become. A lot of good employees were handed a sh– deal by the narcissistic b–tards.

Make sure you know your PIN for the benefits website and know what day you started at ExxonMobil. It has taken three tries to get my savings plan rolled into an IRA. It would have helped if I knew the information in my previous sentence. I am rather shocked that VOYA will only send a snail mail check to my IRA. When I left a previous job, I was able to handle everything electronically.

I believe we have internet portal for most of those items you listed if you can no longer access the internal intranet.

If you haven’t done this yet - be sure to update SHARP EDA system with your personal email address to receive paystubs and tax documents electronically after you leave ( I retired feb 1, did this before leaving and it’s been good thing to have)

  1. Download / print copies of any plan documents for any plans that you will be in. Probably retirement / pension. Maybe health care.
  2. Download / print list of all company contact numbers related to HR and benefits.
