Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Is it worth waiting for the severance?

I’d say someone who signs an EOI, and wants to leave, but is prevented from leaving this company with what’s supposedly being offered as a severance, and forced to stay, otherwise they can leave with nothing, is an enslaved, endentured employee.
The company wants your blood and bones.

Absolutely! The author of this post is absolutely right. Still, I wonder if it’s worth waiting for severance pay or running away from here as soon as possible.

I'd say any severance before leaving would be great!

The problem is it seems those of us that want the severance, and want out, are not getting severanced.

How long should we wait? That's the question...
