I got an offer in OCI for IC5 role. They offered $210k base and 2000 RSUs. Is it a reasonable pay IC5 grade? Suggestions welcome.

So , I conclude offer is in pat with other IC5 offers, but not to join Oracle for other reasons, Right.
Just left Oracle for a Sr. Director position at a $750M revenue startup in a very hot market, growing 20+% annually. $250K base, guaranteed 25% annual bonus, and 3000 RSUs.
Personally I would not join Oracle. It is a stigma (black mark) among many companies to be an Oracle employe for a variety of reasons and makes you less employable overall. Far better to be selective and join a growing company in a growing market.
My two cents.
That sounds about right. Some brought over from AWS, Microsoft, etc make much more in RSUs initially, but after 4 years they’ll drop to the same salary (and probably quit). Oracle can be pretty stingy with new RSU grants, but top performers should still get them.
I mentioned tc, RSU wedding 4 years, 500 RSU per year. Total comes around $240k
