Who is the Compliance officer? This is essentially trying to influence opinions with inside information.

It’s already to the point where nothing ATT does anymore is a big surprise! All we can do is, “Prepare for the worst and hope for the best!”
Of course AT&T is denying this. This is a serious charge with heavy fines.
