Do you feel appreciated? When was the last time you felt that you and your work were really recognized as an important part of this machine?
March 5th once made sense, when I first started working at this company, but now this date only reminds me of how much people are no longer valued in this company.
This is a sad day for me.

I received my employee appreciation gift on Monday......same day I was laid off.
Op totally in the same boat. This is the most hierarchical place I’ve ever worked at but talks the most about d&i, what a joke. Brutally honest in the survey!
Hang in there! I encourage you to get your resume updated, get your LinkedIn profile up to date and go out there and find a company that will value you and your awesome talents! If N won’t appreciate us, there are so many other companies that would love to have our experience! We are valuable and talented or we wouldn’t be at the berm. So let’s make our own destiny and clear out!!
