Seems to be a large number of people that got denied. With just a little effort seems there could have been some shuffling and honored those willing to accept offer and at same time saved jobs of others. Not familiar with this stuff but might be a case here.

Certainly not the company it was when I started. Got denied the EOI. ( I guess) lol. Was never told. Was ready to go so now back to drawing board for an exit plan
Not too crazy for Mondelez, where anything goes and their motto is....”we don’t discriminate, we treat everyone like trash”! I bet I’d they tried to treat everyone equally good, not equally bad, people would be happy, work harder, and make them more money. Oh well!

seems funny...my boss had told me anyone who stated an intent would go....because i asked if i could change my mind if i signed a letter and he told me probably not.....
