Now that the acquisition is official, anyone have insight into how this will be structured? Where “efficiencies” will be found? So on.

All I know is at $15 a share imma gonna buy me some NBLX and watch it GameStop all the way to the bank baby!!!
The inefficient, dead wood will be laid off. Thanks for staying on topic for this site.
They will save money by replacing the NBLX HQ building with a used pirate ship.
It will go into upstream ops, duh.
This will have same outcome as Atlas acquisition back in 2010. Sounds Chevron is taking very much similar steps, apparently they never learn from the history, they just ended up selling AMBU for $725 million after buying and spending over $10 billion!
@bpz, It has been a clown show ever since JW was the CEO. The San Ramon HQ has been a big tent and the Bollinger Canyon Rd name changed to Barnum and Bailey Way. So fitting for Chevron Corporation.
You're asking the people who were laid off how they feel about it?
Unsure, but I for one was amused at the CEO hosting small team meetings explicitly telling everyone that no decision would be made. They couldn’t have done more to erode any confidence in management. What a clown show.
