Does anyone know when the folks who are away from the business working on PPP will be returned to their roles? It looks like more small business relief just passed congress so I am thinking our teammates will be away from their roles the rest of the year. While they are gone we have had to double and triple up by taking on their work and are not allowed to engage them for questions or assistance since they are 100% PPP. It is a nightmare.

I'd like to know how many people the bank employs whose job is essentially to read legislation of all levels to see if there's anything that might affect us. Probably quite a few.
What? Oh that is hilarious! They have people assigned to PPP? It will be just like the countless hours of volunteer work done by employees, for which they get no recognition or time off of work. Just so B of A can send out a press release saying " XXX hours of volunteer work donated last year". What BS - you or your colleagues will get nothing out of that arrangement. Good Luck!
