Fulliment/Club Pickup Scheduling

My schedule is all over the place. Not set off days or hours. I was told by other clubs in the DFW area that we are to have a set schedule. Can someone verify that and if do who do I report my mgr to?

I disagree. Go in with all guns blazing. Nunchuks & brass knucks will let them know you mean business and aren't gonna take any of their bull$h!t. Time for associates to stop being pushed around & screwed over.

Don't go over anyone's head until you speak with them first and don't swagger in, guns blazing when you do. This isn't a confrontation, it's a discussion. A discussion between two professionals. You'll be better off if you leave your emotions at the door.

It's highly possible your schedule was computer generated, most are, and your manager simply hasn't had the time to fix it yet. This has happened to me more than once. When brought to my manager's attention, the problem was fixed.

If you are full time you need to speak to your manager and find out why you don’t have a block like everyone does

If you are a lead you do not have a set schedule.

If you are full time yes you get set days off and set schedule but if you are part time you fill in the gaps of the full timers
