Did you have taxes taken out for the gift card? I got WOW award points for a project we put extra time into and it showed up on my pay stub as taxable income.
A part of a formal group email appreciating the whole team . I really wished my Manager did not fake it this time but everytime he proves me wrong and then Monday was a disaster which ruined Employee recognition a day before . We all forgot the same and got back to our menial jobs.

Just the generic mass emails from senior leadership that everyone got. I would've felt better if they did absolutely nothing, but no, several people from high up who would sooner run me over with their car than give me the time of day decided to give attaboys.
