Is it that hard to run a company? I mean dam. Every single change they are making, makes it 10 times worse to work here. This new block scheduling has f’ed everything up. Part timers are pretty much non existent now. There’s no coverage at all now on the floor. They always do this!! Let’s give them a raise to make it look good on paper but let’s cut their hours. Smh! Everyone that got the $15/$16 raise are right back where you started. Lets give everyone $100 an hour but only work 1 hour a week. Lol

only the greedy slime balls in bentonville benefit from any change made. they always spin things to say that things are done in an effort to better serve the member. in reality, things are changed to fatten their personal bank accounts.
Does anybody remember the show Walmart Inc somebody should start a series called Sams club Inc. I think it would help expose them for what they really are and how the company treats
its associates for the small wages they pay
What did you guys think would happen when everyone got raised to 15$ an hour? Poor part timers. Especially when alot of them are better then alot of the full timers.
That’s exactly right! They want it to look good from the outside but we all know it’s hell on the inside!
I don’t know why the keep making these ridiculous decisions! It’s never in favor of the hourly associates and the poor part timers are constantly used and abused! They work them and give them good hours when they need something but as soon as they do their hours get cut again!
It’s really sad to think this is the company we have all been so loyal to throughout the years!
We all need to contact the media and let them know the things they are doing are unethical!
Each club could tell so much! I know they like to look good as a company but the truth needs exposed! Be ready to find another job if you do because they will find a way to get rid of you!
