Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

Women’s Day

Amazing the lack of celebration on women’s day. Not I I want anything but made me embarrassed to see on line there is an article about leaders...what about women’s that work to this company but it’s not a leader?? Probably 99% of the women’s at this company.

Reflection of a men’s company we work for.

Great example of why we need to return to campus. So we can have celebrations again to celebrate all of our contributions.

While changes are happening the industry as a whole is mostly males. This won’t change overnight.

I’m not sure I would encourage anyone women included to join the industry though.

Has more been done in the past or is this just this year? A pattern or new development?

Maybe they could get some banners for campus like for PRIDE week.

If it makes you feel better none of us are getting pay promotions recognition etc right now. Everyone is unhappy.

Oh thank you, you know me so well! A social media picture and a pat on the head. That’s what I work for. Not pay. Not promotion. Not recognition. Hey, can I bake you cookies? Or take notes for the group? I really want to ingratiate myself to you, after all.

I’m thinking the OP is a troll who wants misogynistic comments. Stop.

There are constant nods to women on social media by the company. Most photos are not white males. LNG women’s awards etc etc
