Earth to supervisors, managers, execs. The company is in a nose dive. Attrition levels exceeding expectations.. uh oh! What’s the plan? Just hoping things improve? Hoping employee unrest naturally settles out?
Seriously, what to do? Because I’m not seeing any indication as to how the company pulls itself out of this sh!t storm tail spin. Seems all that’s in consideration is to keep the dividend and pad those exec pockets while hoping for a miracle.
