HR, integrity lines, etc, are 100% set up to protect the company, AND find out who the "problem employee" is.
Anyone who thinks calling HR will help them is in for a huge surprise.
The only way to go up against this company is getting an attorney.
Yep, you'll lose your job. You'll need enough money to hang on while you duke it out in court.
You'll win in the end, they are just hoping you are destitute from their low pay, and won't be able to pay enough for your freedom from their slavery.
If you can fight them, you'll win.
So do we get a class action. I was denied but feel it was only financial as it cost more to get rid of me
Good luck with the Business Integrity hotline....call center in Costa Rica. Group of woman who get paychecks from Mondelez, it’s a dead end! If you want corporate to hear you, a letter from your attorney goes a very long way! There is safety in numbers, as can be seen by the two class actions in the last two years. “Birds of a feather, stick together”! They won’t touch fighting a class action that they know they will lose!
the third party number that is set up for any type of complaint is 877 781 2421
Nobody in this organization is your friend! It is so worth it to get advice from outside the organization. People would be shocked to know that what goes on is beyond "not being nice". Push back, ask questions and when they don't answer ask again and again and cc yourself. This company does't want the trouble of a lawsuit that they won't win anyways...
Just remember hr is not your friend. They are there to look out for the best interest of the company.
Email your DM and cc yourself. Tell him you would like to speak with HR. If they deny you the info...escalate up.
