Don't do anything on the internet that you wouldn't want your mom to see. Problem solved.

Go ask the engineers who developed the stingray what they were told. Face it, your government views you as an enemy and would sacrifice you quicker than an Aztec virgin all so they can enrich themselves at the expense of your liberty.
