How to work without tools?

It’s nothing new, it’s a problem that’s been around for a long time, but I’ve become too tired of not having all the tools I need to work. Do they think that people can be productive without it or that they will somehow procure the tools themselves and donate to this company? Or maybe they don’t care at all about what we need to be able to do the job? They pretend not to see the problem. That really frustrates me.

No longer have long range scanners to scan stuff into the steel at my club. Have to keep leaning over the lift or get off to scan stuff in. Haven’t had them for over a year now.

Also if home office was smart they would get new fork Extensions before getting rid of the old ones.

Haven’t had fork lift extension for a year now. I’ve used the old ones for 15 years and never seen anyone get hurt using them.

They didn't make you get rid of forklift extensions they made you get rid of unsafe forklift extensions. Just have to order the right ones.

Home office made my club get rid of our forklift Extensions. It is a pain in the a** to get large patio furniture off the trucks now. We sure do work for some Super geniuses lol.
